Regards Siolim House and Little Siolim please note as below:
- Indian Residents: Your rates would be in Indian Rupees
- Validity: rates valid from Dec 19, 2011
- Rates: for bookings made from date of commencement of validity of these rates, include a great breakfast and either lunch or dinner
- Rooms: Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific room – its either a superior or a standard – except for if you are taking the 2-roomed Malabar suite
- Taxes: Total tax rate of 15.15% (10% Luxury Tax + 5.15% Service Tax) is charged extra
- Confirmations: Reservations will be confirmed only on receipt of agreed deposit
- Single Occupancy: Rates will be lower in the High and Monsoon Seasons (depends on the number of nights), but there are no single occupancy rates in the Peak
- Room Sharing: Tariffs are based on a maximum of 2 people sharing a room. Only small children or babies can be accommodated with extra beds or cots. A ‘kids’ room can have up to 3 children.
- Family Suits: Our Family suite, Malabar, is offered as a Superior Suite has two large attached bedrooms, is suitable for 4
- Attached Baths: All Rooms have large attached baths. Standard rooms include twin or double bedded suites (Bahia, Damao, Surat, Cambay). The superior suites include the three rooms in the front house – Macau, Macassar (our large romantic suites on the first floor) and Malabar (2 bedrooms)
- Air-Conditioning: Three of our rooms are air-conditioned for those visiting in the around Easter and in the summer and need AC. Our Superior Suites, that cost more, are NOT air-conditioned! These are in the oldest part of the house and due to our wish for integrity of the architecture. It is our opinion, for those used to AC, that outside of April, May and June air-conditioning is not required. Evenings are generally cooler in any case. Rooms at Little Siolim ARE air-conditioned.
