It's easy!

Register your details on our site, let us know which times of the year you might be free to go, how much notice you need us to give you and what percent off standard rates you can afford to pay. We will prioritise, then wait list you for occasions when we have an empty room or two.
All you have to do is complete the Registration Form or call us on +91 9822 584560.

SIOLIMHOUSE SILENT BIDDING

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • SiolimHouse Silent Bidding will be available for stay in SiolimHouse's off peak periods (May - September).
  • We will however accept last minute availability requests during other peak months in the year.
  • Silent Bidding is not to fill the property up. It is to offer people who dont necessarily have the means but will enjoy our place a chance to stay, so if you are not a national, then try to have a reason you cannot pay what our tariffs are.
  • It is a little discriminatory - people who really want to stay are favored. People who want a good deal arent. Use the message box if you want to help your case.
  • You will only be able to bid within 2 months of your requested date of stay.
  • You will be notified of whether or not your bid has been accepted upto14 and 21 days prior to your requested arrival date. At that point you would have to pay 100% of your stay in advance.
  • SiolimHouse Silent Bidding is non-commissionable. 

 The highest bid isn't necessarily the winning bid. SiolimHouse reserves the right to select the successful bidders at their sole discretion and all bids are subject to availability and booking terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into. All information will be kept in accordance with the Data protection act 1998. Individual bids are private and confidential.
