Rates include breakfast of choice, do not
include applicable local taxes at 10%
Tariffs are based on a maximum of 2 people sharing
a room. In case of Single occupancy 25% discount
off the room tariff will be offered. Only small
children or babies can be accomodated with extra
beds or cots. A 'kids' room can have up to 3 children.

(1) these rooms include twin
or double bedded suites (Bahia, Damao, Surat, Cambay), all with large attached
baths. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable and are
suitable for a couple.

Three of our rooms are airconditioned for those visiting in the summer and need airconditioning. Generally, outside of a couple of months airconditioning is not required.

These include the three rooms with ensuite facilities in the front house - Macau, Macassar (our large romantic suites on the first floor,) and Malabar (our family suite) with two large atached rooms.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted

in India to Goa, and between Oct-April, from
UK, Holland, Switzerland and Scandinavia,

for info on domestic flights. If you want
flights from the UK, including direct charter
flights, ask for Bobby at Benz Travel in London
at 0207 3237310. A tip when you ask
for quotes for direct charter flights - in
addition to 'flight only' also check "flight
and accommodation" - 2* and 'dormhouse' packages
- due to some loophole designed to circumvent
Govt. protection of Air India, these are sometimes
cheaper.
